Our family has always enjoyed connecting with each other through games. We have also enjoyed incorporating games into our homeschooling. There are many learning benefits that children can obtain by playing games. After all, children learn best through play! Games have been a powerful tool for my oldest son who is a hands-on learner with a short attention span. Somedays we take a break from books and just play games and go outside. Most of the games can be created on your own. Going out and buying special games are not essential but they are fun to have around. I’ve come up with a list of some of the games that we enjoy.
